  Canned Deer Meat  Cut and cube (raw) meat
Put into jars (qt) 
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 chunks (beef fat)  (Do not add water to jars)
Put lids & rings on the jars
Put in pressure canner
(as for canning beef)
Cook for 90 min. for (qt.), 75 min for (pts.)  Elfrieda Postma  
